Make my trip - Bus Cancelled

We were booked on a bus from Delhi to Lucknow on August **th. The bus was cancelled and money refunded but without any information to us. No email, no whatsapp, no message. Due to this we had to book another bus in urgency costing *X the actual price.

During return from Lucknow to Gurgaon on **th August - the bus cancellation was intimated ** mins before departure and without any refunds. Due to this we had to book another bus in urgency. The journey had to be arranged on a seating bus last minute. Due to this my husband's cervical issues have been greatly aggravated and we are incurring further expenses of treating it .
This makes me suspect if MMT has a role to play along with bus operators in scamming travellers into buying higher-priced tickets last-minute.

Due to this cancellation, me and my family felt extremely harassed and pained. Further more MMT and bus operator and being totally unresponsive about refund of the second bus cancellation.
