- Whole building electricity charged to residents Closed
In Colive Kingston my rent was ***** Rs and electricity charges of the room were to be paid.
Now, they are saying entire building i.e. including common area's charges will be shared **% by colive and **% by tenants. This was never mentioned in any agreement papers that I signed. Additionally, they will charge me fine as I have raised a ticket against this which is in progress and am not paying the bill. Fine is *** Rs now. My light bill for this month was **** Rs which is insane. Overall I have lost **** Rs in the light bill here plus **** Rs would be fine for disobeying them. My rent is ever so increasing. It started at ***** Rs and now its approx ***** Rs. I am attaching a screenshot see how rent is increasing month by month along with the electricity charges.
