I booked a one bhk from colive in Morristown and they asked me to pay *****.
My check in date was July **th, **** as I was moving from Delhi to Bangalore for a new job. I couldn't join the new company and initiated for a refund by calling their customer care.
They asked me to send an email to (hello@colive.com) which I did on July **th, ****.
They first changed my moving status to Moved in in their app and then they have started disconnecting my calls.
Their sales person (Goutham Naidu) speaks rudely and tried to threaten me.
He is not answering my calls and so is their refund team. Please help
