On call it was said if you pay online then will provide you **** discount/saving on security deposit. and they shared me a video on the room sharing that it is kept cleaned for you as I was checkin after * day only.
But when I reached at the property it was told that, room is already book you can check our other property and I didn't liked the rooms. Note: advance of **** as a booking amount was already paid. After some much of argue they gave me other room and I agreed to it as I was offer **** saving on my security deposit. Now when our next month advance bill is raised, it is showing a out standing of **** when asked they said your security deposit is due we gave you that promo code so that you don't have to pay full pay **% now and rest next month.
