I ordered a lehanga last week which was displayed as very decent and expensive on www.wedspack.com. Thereafter i received a msg that the order will be delivered within a week. To my utter shock, i received a cheap and ugly saari against my order. There is no contact no. and address on the website even not my login account details showing. Somehow i got a phone number on the delivered packet, which appeared to be a system generated call and they promised to revert within ** hours. Now, ** hours has elapsed and none contacted me to process my refund. Even I message on the facebook inbox also but there is nobody to assist me. What the hell is this? Order details also attached. I had to pay the price of that shit. Now i need my money back.

I ordered * gowns at Rs.**** and they delivered * cheapest sarees. When I called customer care, they're recklessly replying that they can't help. They are giving random unavailable numbers. I need my money back that's it....
