We had booked flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai for **th May via booking ref number NF************** via make my trip from Vistara airlines . Total amount paid for the ticket was ***** for * passengers . This booking was done before COVID period i.e **th Jan ****.
Due to COVID airline had to cancel the flight and now they are asking us to travel till Dec **** instead of refunding the amount back to us.
I don’t understand how will we travel during this COVID pandemic.
How can they ask us to travel when entire world is facing this deadly disease and risk of life is associated with this travel.
We had complaint to Vistara on **st April about the refund (custrelations@airvistara.com) but they denied our request of refund.
I request the management to take steps towards this and ensure my refund.
