Vistara Airlines - Repeated errors in Website while using Purple ticket gift card for booking ticket

Hi

I am writing to you this email regarding an issue I faced for the second time in a row for booking my flight to RPR -UDR using my purple ticket gift card and credit card. I had made a similar booking on **th Aug but unfortunately, the transaction was unsuccessful. I was eventually issued a refund today after a long wait of ** days

Today again I tried booking a ticket for the same leg using my Purple ticket card and the remaining amount with my Amex Credit card but again same thing happened and the ticket was not booked. The amount from my gift card and credit card was deducted. This time I have noted down the error a screenshot of which I have attached.Also attaching the transaction IDs of the amount debited from my gift card. This probably is a glitch in your website which led to this experience twice

Kindly look into this matter on a very urgent basis as the same issue I faced twice and puzzled now about why it's happening again and again. Similarly, I had to wait for a very long time for my refunds to be credited back and it was not a pleasant experience at all. I don't want to go again with the same time-consuming experience. Also, do let me know if I can make a telephonic ticket booking using my purple ticket gift card as I don't want a similar experience a third time.
