Vistara Airlines - Refusal of meals to Economy Passengers Mismanagement of seats allocation

Hello,

I was travelling on the VISTARA UK*** flight on **th Feb **** with my *.*yr old son with PNR- ************* & *************.

I am utterly disappointed by the services offered by Air Vistara on this particular occasion. We were allocated different seats , **E & **C respectively. Does their staff expect a *.* year old to sit in the flight alone somewhere while his mother is seated elsewhere? On sorting that issue, I was made to sit on **B. Later while being meals were served, we were blatantly refused meals on the account that we are "not eligible". What is the eligibility?
I am aware Vistara offers meals to all economy passengers, so is this absurd eligibility a clause when the staff runs out of meals?? They don't even the courtsey to acknowledge their callousness and name it non eligibility.

We paid a premium for this flight, and yet were made to suffer TWICE. My son got colic attack because his stomach was empty and his ears pained due to the exchanged seats being offered in the tail of the airplane.

For the horrible inconvenience and the disrespect shown by the in flight attendant, I want a call back from the attendant apologizing for the same acknowledging the callousness at her end along with a **% refund on fare incurred.

A **% voucher offered by Vistara is not satisfactory for the damage they did to my sons health.

We weren't treated as ECONOMY passengers and refused our meals on board hence please reimburse **% of the fare we paid in lieu of Economy seats and the complimentary benefits which were denied by Vistara, alongside the utter mismagement at their end. We faced embarrassement, inconvenience coupled with unnecessary health exigency.
