PayTM - Wallet Fraud

On **th April, I suddenly had * back to back transactions on my paytm wallet and my paytm balance gets consumed. There was no OTP, no other security check, but the balance got arbitrarily deducted from my paytm wallet.
I followed up multiple times with paytm, they responded saying they can not do anything and then provided me the number (**********) which had siphoned my account balance.
I hold paytm responsible and ask them to refund my money, as this money was paid without any security check from paytm s side, no OTP, no confirmation, no intimation.
Please take necessary action and return my money which was illegaly siphoned without any authorization.
Also paytm should improve their systems and keep basic security checks / OTP validations. If there are * consecutive transactions in a span of * minutes, that should also be flagged by paytm in future.
