Sukreshan filed complaint against PayTM on Sep 17, 2025
I had requested deactivation of my Paytm Soundbox account in ****, but the request was not acted upon at that time. After several follow-ups, the Soundbox was finally picked up and returned last year.
Now, the Paytm app is wrongly showing dues of ₹****, and I even received a call demanding this payment. Since the Soundbox was already returned, these charges are completely incorrect.
Kindly update your records immediately, remove the wrongful charges, and confirm that no dues are pending from my side.
