Kushan Arora filed complaint against Paytm on Aug 9, 2025
Took a payment of **,*** from the customer , it showed success on the customers end , verified details and let them go. Some time later I check my machine and it shows the payment failed. Talked to customer care and they say the transaction was reversed. How am i supposed to get in contact with the customer now? And who will bear the loss?
