An amount of RS **** was debited from my account for * bus tickets on *th Oct but tickets weren't confirmed by Yatra. When I called customer service, they said payment is not showing credited to there account and will refund it as soon as they get the payment. On *th Oct they said they have got the payment and will be refunding it within *-* working days. Since then whenever I call they said it will be *-* more working days.
