TATA Bolt XMS, purchased cash on February **th ****, is immobile.
The vehicle delivered on March *rd **** is not at all used for the reasons given below:
*) RC Book issued after * months.
*) Due to RC issues the vehicle has never been serviced.
*) The vehicle does not have proper warranty documents.
The vehicle manufactured in January **** has run ** Km and remains immobile.
Neither the car dealer nor Tata Motors Regional Officials have found a solution.
As the car has become unusable, I claim compensation for all damages caused to me.
The estimation of physical and financial damages is valued for more than ten lakhs.
I joined ConsumerComplaints.in and submitted a complaint on September **nd ****.
I’m depressed. Please consider my case.
