I had booked my vehicle on **th Feb **** till date the vehicle is not allocated to me. This is regarding my booking with KIA on New KIA Seltos HTX IVT *.* Petrol .
The coming **th Sep **** will be the completion of a *th month waiting period. There is no transparency of the vehicle allotment.
I am disappointed and completely dis-satisfied with what is happening till date with the vehicle allotment. I had booked the vehicle for my marriage which had happened in the month **th May ****,the purpose is not served and this vehicle delivery is creating me mental stress and emotional imbalanced by no proper customer service and disrespect and no proper commitments from the Lakshmi KIA dealer Visakhapatnam.
