- VDCART wrong and cheap saree delivered and not refunding the amount Open

I had ordered sarees(VD#****-**-****) from this online website, www.VDCART.COM and the sarees were looking gorgeous in the website and in the pitcures. But i received cheap and worst material sarees looking very odd. I tried calling them back multiple times and they are not picking up the calls and no response to emails. Also, their website had and option to message them, and I messaged them thru their site as well and no response. Their customer care is not refunding the money back. My **** Rs is at stake apart from the mental stress and the feeling of being cheated. I see similar complaints in online now about this business. They are fraud.And they have the customer credit card and address details as well which were used for billing and shipping. I need to get my money back and their fraud business should be brought in to light and taught with a lesson to stop this fraudulent business and mis-using customer identity and payment information.

The quality of the product which I received is terrible and completely different from the image. There can be a slight difference in colour but the work, dupatta, blouse and lehenga are totally different....
