My user Id pra********** for IRCTC login is disabled since January *, ****. On January * at their request for address, I sent address and Aadhaar copy as address proof. Till date despite several reminders to their email and telephonic request to help desk, issue is unresolved. I can't register new user id as my email and phone number are allotted to disabled user id. The service is poor and there is no escalation matrix.
