Travel Gandhinagar Cap to Pathankot by SBIB JAT EXP (*****) train and due to some technical reason train terminated short of distnace.
Due to lake of knowledge I was file TDR with reason Train Diverted and not reach to destination station.
Discussed with IRCTC customer care they load you enter invalid reason that's why it's reject
I agree may be I was choose wrong reason while file TDR but it's IRCTC resposibility if train not reach to destination then refund fair based on last station to destination.
In my case train terminate Firozpur and my ticket booked to Pathankot
