Hi,
I ordered a pair of Nike shoe - Nike Quest * Running Shoe For Men - on **th Dec,**** thru Flipkart and paid the full amount Rs ****/ in advance thru credit card.
I received the order on **th Dec,****, and when I have opened the box , there was a fake, used and totally different Nike shoe in the box.
I immediately took the pics of the sent shoe and contacted Flipkart customer care, but no action has been taken on my complaint till date.
I have not paid Rs ****/- for someone used and fake shoes. Moreover.
Flipkart is also not allowing me to post the pics and review for the sent shoe under the product catalog. This shows how transparent Flipkart is.
I have no trust left with Flipkart. There customer support is giving me mental agony everyday. So, raising this complaint here.
I hope you take some harsh actions against these e-commerce companies who cheats their customers and break their faith on online shopping.
I am attaching the pics of sent shoe along with invoice.
