I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received on my recent order (#***************). Not only did I receive the wrong items from Subway, but my attempts to resolve the issue with your backend team were met with frustration and unhelpful responses.
I ordered a non-veg sub+sides+drink combo, specifically choosing Coke Zero. However, I received a regular Coke. Additionally, I selected an oatmeal raisin cookie, but I was given a chocolate chip one. To make matters worse, I found capsicum in my sub, despite indicating my allergy to it during the order.
What's most disheartening is the lack of resolution from your team. Conversations were closed without addressing the problem, leaving me with a completely unsatisfactory experience.
I'm not interested in coupons; I demand a refund for the incorrect order and the inconvenience caused. I believe in Swiggy's commitment to customer satisfaction, and I trust that you'll take immediate action to rectify this situation.
