Samsung - Ac not rectified for nearly 4 mo ths

From date of purchase, my samsung AC purchased from reliance digital not working, everytime they send students in the name of technicians and rectify but ne t say again ac not working, I am paying every year AMC amount to reliance digital, also spent lot of amount when technician wanted to buy parts, but still not working

I asked for replacement or compensation as it is not getting rectufied, however there is zero response
