Samsung - Faulty handset hardly used less than

The below email was sent to Samsung customer service in the month of Sep **** and so far there has been no resolution from Samsung or Poorvika. We are quite disappointed as we had reported the issue to Poorvika and Samsung with in **days of time as per there guide lines.

I purchased a Samsung A** on **th of September from Poorvika BTM *st stage center. To my surprise my worst experience so far being a loyal longtime Samsung customer.

From the day * I’m facing issues with Signal Network, where the calls only connect when there is a wifi available. The network stays stable for few minutes post restart of the phone or Network reset.

I have checked with different SIMs from different and best service providers, but nothing could fix the issue. I have lost a number of important calls as there was no network signals to receive the incoming/outgoing calls, I have paid a heavy cost for being a loyal customer for so many years.

The most traumatizing experience was leaving the house/workplace to make or receive any emergency call on the way. The most shocking and pathetic experience is blindly trusting Samsung customer service stating that software update will fix the issue, its evident that it’s a hardware issue and nothing to do with the software.

I had been to the Samsung Customer service center Jayanagar branch on **th Sep ****, I am amazed at how the customer service was not able to rectify the issue and kept chasing us without raising a complaint and stating the issue to be software and not hardware.

How can a brand new box piece phone would be faulty at this level and any other brand in this place would have taken it seriously and addressed the issue without further delay. A frequent visit to Samsung customer service center always went in vain. I have handed over this new Samsung A** phone to the Samsung customer service center Jayanagar Branch today.

With no further discussions or chase I would certainly request for a cashback as I would settle for nothing less than this as we have paid additionally for the tempered glass, back cover, charger which was not included with the instrument compared to other brands which is all included free accessories. I paid a total of INR *****/-. Attaching the bill, customer service ticket number logged today for reference.
