I have no Yatra account, but i booked a flight on **.**.**** from Mumbai to Kozhikode and return for Jul** and Aug** respectively. I paid inr **** via upi transaction. Money was debited from the account and yatra website shows that it was timed out and repeat the payment again. There is no failure notice or email whatsoever from them. Bank says money is already transferred.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
