I am writing to COMPLAINT regarding my flight booking with yatra.com having reference number *************. I had booked the flight yesterday on **/**/**, but the airline did not confirm the booking. I therefore requested a refund; however, the refund has not yet been credited to my account. In there portal there in no refund process available. NO tele support whenever you call it automatically disconnected.
Kindly look into this matter on priority and help me to process the refund at the earliest.
