Hi
My SBI card account number **************** was cancelled last year on **-Jan-****
The Interaction Id:*-*********** was used for the same.
I was sent the attached email. THey have now sent me another bill Rs. *** and levied a late-payment fine of over Rs. *** on the same for absolutely no reason. Request your help to get the same reversed and send me a confirmation on the same. Should the need be I can be reached at ********** or **********. I have already spoken to CBI Card customer care and they advised me to write in to their email ID, which have done.
please let me know if any further details are required.
