Since * weeks i have emaild and launched complaint again frequent dissconnecting and fluctions in speed. These people are closing tickets without concern of customers. Iam really tired of these customer care representatives.
Mr. Nodal officer is another un professional person who cant even respond to email or address the concern.
Entire act team is a garbage.
