Pepperfry - Unresolved defect on a brand new sofas

We purchased * & * seater sofa along with a dinning which costed around *.*L. Both had defects, but sofas had major sagging defects for which we raised a complaint within **days, as unfortunately we were out of station so couldn't raise the same one the first day of delivery.
Raised a complain for replacement/ refund which pepperfry did not agree for, technician visited and confirmed that sofas were old and sagging too. They forced us on rework instead, even after the rework there is a major issue. Basically, the rework they did has further screwed the Sofas completely. We raised a complaint again, pepperfry team wanted technician to visit. Technician visited n confirmed the sofas cannot be reworked and confirmed us that there is a major defect. Until here they have taken *months, that too after our multiple follow ups. They were very lenient, even now. Now pepperfry is asking us to use as is. We are extremely fed up, I kindly request you to take an immediate action n help us to closure. It's our humble request.
