Uber drivers are very unprofessional and behaves very bag with the customers. This is not about one particular driver. It's been very normal that every time when we book a cab the driver accept the request but will not call us. When we call him the first thing he will ask is that where we want to go. If we say the location then if he don't want to come he will ask us to cancel and Uber will charge a cancellation fee on us. Is the driver don't want to come why is he accepting a ride. Uber should keep a no cancellation option policy for drivers. If they accept and if they deny the ride then they should be charged a cancellation fee. Uber drivers used to be very polite and good once but now they behave like local gundas to the customers. Not only that they don't respect the customer but also they behave very bad with the customer. If they don't want to come for a ride why do they accept a ride and waste someone's time. Me and my wife use Uber a lot and now a days we are having very bad experience from Uber drivers every single day. Teach your drivers some manners and give them some training on how to behave and treat a customer. Fire the idiot drivers from job.
