Multiple times my trip has been charged more than what I agreed for. For a recent trip, I was shown an amount of Rs. *** but I was charged Rs.***. I paid the fees but I raised my concern. In response to the query, Uber said I added a stop and raised the amount further by Rs **. No stop was added by me and Uber has not responded to me on further enquiry.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
