I made the payment of my bsnl landline bill amounting to Rs *** via talkcharge app on **th April **** as per the app the payment was made and I received a message from there end for the same.But as per bsnl my bill remains unpaid and is outstanding till date.Its been a month i have complained about it to talkcharge and they haven't taken any initiative to resolve the same.I have all the evidences regarding the payment.Please help.
