Recently, I was tallying my available wallet balance with the transaction history. The total amount added to the wallet Rs.**** including cashbacks and the transaction history only showed the transaction of Rs.****.This means that the difference Rs. **** should have been reflected in my available wallet balance. But the available wallet balnce is Rs.*. I contacted customer care *-* days back to which they are not giving any reply but just keep extending the time.
