Since last * months i am trying to do airtel landline payment. It' throwing error invalid/ incoorect customer account .
I informed so many times on whatsapp number provided by talkcharge in Support section. But receiving only one cooked reply :" we regret the inconvenience caused to you, we are working on it".BUT ACTIONS ARE NOT VISIBLE .
*nd concern is , Talkcharge has very minimal options to do transactions. NO CYLINDER BOOK, NO CC BILL PAYMENT, WATER BILL OPTIONS ARE CONFINED TO FEW STATES,PUNJAB MUNICIPAL CORPORATION NOT PRESENT,INTERNET ALSO, Net+ broandband option is missing.
I asked so many times to provide multiple options. Agained one reply, working on it
*rd concern is, why talkcharge has not included TALKCHARGE WALLET as Payment option while shopping from Flipkart, amazon or other sites ?
Kindly address them earliest without any excuse . I am losing interest in you.
