Regarding order id: TC******************* the Talkcharge aksed me to cancel the dispute against this transaction. I contacted my bank and they have confirmed that the dispute has been closed and shared a certain screenshot related to the transaction. I shared the same details with Talkcharge through Gmail but again they are asking me to close the dispute as they are seeing the dispute is still raised. Further, I shared the call recording with my Bank's representative in which he clearly says that the dispute has been closed at least *-* times but after that Talkcharge is not responding to any emails now.
I want my refund back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
