I have been literally haunted by ola money to pay for ola postpaid amount of Rs*** since June ****. I have reiterated to them that i had mistakenly activated the ola postpaid , however, i have paid for the rides in cash and never opted with the credit amount. However, ola money and ola cabs shows that there is an amount due of Rs ***. I have asked them to justfiy and resolve this at the soonest, however, they have no resolution for this. I have written multiple emails to them, however, one team will suggest to write to ola money and when you wriye to ola money they will ask you to write to ola cabs. Their app only has options to write for selected issues which does not cover the ola postpiad issue. They either keep coming back with multiple blank phone calls, threatening messages and/ or auto messages to pay the amount of Rs. ***.
This is sheer harassment from the Ola team when the customer has paid for all the trips by cash. I have spent my time writing and talking to the team multiple times.
Kindly help me to resolve this at the soonest.
