Colive - Unnecessary charges being levied

I booked a room with colive in their property cairo A&B in Electronics city phase *, Bengaluru. I checked in on **/**/**. I paid rs ***** as deposit and agreed to pay rs ***** as monthly rent. I was involved in a road accident and the medical and vehicle repair costs made me use up all my savings. I was not able to pay the rent for the property and I informed the same to the billing manager of colive named Akhil to which he said either I pay the rent or I vacate. I agreed to vacate the room because I was desperate and had no other choice. I checked out on **/**/**. After a week of vacating the room, I received a mail from colive recovery and settlements team stating that I have rs ***** in dues. The breakup was something like this,
Deposit paid - *****
Rent OS - ****
Electricity charges - ****
Separation charge - ****
Notice period charges - *****
Total outstanding due to be paid *****.
My dues till the month of August were cleared and I paid **** out of total ***** total rent of september including electricity charges. The outstanding electricity charges and separation charges are completely unjust. I hardly lived there during the mentioned period of stay but still I paid all the charges until I couldn't afford it anymore. I stayed in a single shared room. Please help me.
