I have raised multiple requests to return my security deposit but no response from them, Its been * year and still I didn't recieve any refund from them, when I raise a ticket they will respond thorough mail and close the ticket but its never resolved.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
