Order, placed on August **st, with the Waybill Number ***********. According to the initial delivery estimate, the order was supposed to be delivered on or before September *th. However, there has been no movement. It still shows unfulfilled.
I have made several attempts to contact their customer support team through various methods, but regrettably, I have not received any response.
