It's been ** days since I ordered. Tracking number provided hasn't moved since day one. When I email they send automated email response that order is shipped. No number to call. Please help to get me refunded or my order delivered at the earliest. This sort of companies will paint bad image for other good e-commerce companies. Such companies should be banned.
