I placed order for a pefume worth rs. **** in august ****. Never received perfume. I sent various mails iver the course of last * months and was always told that it was stuck in transit. Finally I asked for my money back and no response for that also. Noe they have stopped responding to mails when I asked my money back. Customer service is only via chat and they have standard lines that it will take * weeks to process refund. * weeks already passed since I asked for refund. Such fruads! How such a fraid company is allowed to operate openly is surprising there must be legal punitive actuons towards such fruads.
