These ppl r v quick to help u place ur order as they did w me as I faced issues.. But wen it comes to answering my WA msgs or answering calls..they magically aren’t available n point blank ignore ur msgs even tho online.. I ordered * perfumes of wch I had to replace * to get it faster locally.. The *nd I ordered on June *th n they completely ignore my queries.. Their website says they ship in *-** days w delivery within **-** hours after.. Its now * months n nothing.. Awful experience just getting answers.. Rude ppl.. Wrote to Mohit Khatri..the Face n Name of the company.. He said by end of August.. Nothing yet.. Their ridiculous chat bot keeps saying * more weeks.. Never buy fm them.. They Never give answers.. They are evasive n Now I'm asking for a refund but as expected.. No Replies.. Cheats.. Don't believe their website.. Money making racket..
