I have ordered * tshirt set from naaptol online shopping. I got all the damaged tshirt, one has torn collar other has torn sleeve and the others are also altered. The product has only exchange policy so I raise a complaint on the website regarding damage product twice. Firstly, they gave us the old torn bag in exchange of those tshirts and second time the delivery took the tshirts from us and didn't give anything in exchange. And now they doesn't give any kind of help regarding the product and if we try to contact them they don't even reply or attend the call. They scammed us and took *** rupees. Nor they give product in exchange neither they return the amount.
