- Under warranty mobile phone repair delayed Open
I have submitted my Nokia * plus on ** May **** for a repair at delight solutions Secunderabad. They told me that it would take ** days due to unavailability of parts. After ** day I have contacted the service center and was told that there are no parts for Nokia * plus and could tell when would the repair complete. So they offered me a replacement for Nokia * plus with Nokia *.* I was not at all happy with the deal and asked for replacement with Nokia *.* they told me they would look into it. But till now I didn't get a proper reply on it neither they are repairing my device. Every time I call or mail them the reply would be asking for more and more time it has been ** days till now even this morning I called them the reply was the same asking for more time.
