HINDWARE APPLIANCES - Under warranty geyser not repaired

I just want to share very horrible experience of After Sale service of Hindware Geyser.
I have installed * litre capacity Geyser in OCt ****( purchased from Flipkart).
My product stopped heating in Jan ****.
I have booked a complaint on **th Feb ****.
To my bad fate of using Hindware Product, i have to make numerous calls to service centre, then everytime they gave me a number of Technicial/area manager/state manager (Mr, Tayagi) etc.
Then i had to again reexplain the matter to every person and had to wait, so that they may answer my calls. Even i have to share photos of internal part (tank) for which i have called local technician and gave him *** bucks for the job.
After these efforts finally today i.e. on **th Feb **** after two weeks , a technician (Mr Rakesh) came to home. But again to my Bitter experience, *stly he said this Tank part is out of warranty (for which i have to convince him by showing the bills, where it was written *yr Tank gurantee). After convincing him he asked to give service charge, i said yes i knew about the service charge (product is beyond * yr and i have to pay for service charge ***+Gst), and i have to give it you.
He said you will deposit service charge, then i order in company and thereafter part will come from company and your product will be repaired then.
And ofcourse you will not get any Receipt for paying service charge nor you will get my identity proof (as we are from pvt agency).
I had paid him *** rs of which i did not get any receipt nor my product has been repaired.
After all , he said now i am leaving, when your part will come from company then i will visit again and change the part.
In conclusion
No service - after waiting for two weeks
No receipt- After paying service charge
No Id - i do not know who the person was(i only have photo, which i am attaching)

Hopefully by next season i will be able to use this geyser/or throw this scrap and never ever i will recommend this Hindware Product to anyone.
