HINDWARE APPLIANCES - Not giving proper servicer

I made a mistake on **th September **** when I purchased the "Hindware ** L Storage Water Geyser" from Flipkart (Invoice attached). I started using it in October ****. Within * months, it isn't working for the second time since December **st.

On **nd December ****, I called and initiated the service request. Until now, no one has come to resolve the issue. I called the customer service team more than ** times.

- Adesh

- Javed Alam

- Salman

- One more

Additionally, it's a one-time call, not a visit. Then I called the customer service department again and pleaded for assistance. They have provided the service center number.

Sanjeev Kumar at +** ***** ***** (I called him more than ** times). He is just fooling me around. No concrete solution was given.

Today another person called and asked if you could pay the visit charges. We can come and resolve the issue.

I AM COMPLETELY FED UP WITH THIS. I CANNOT TAKE THIS ANYMORE. I HAVE A LIST OF CALLS AND A FEW RECORDINGS OF THE CONVERSATION. I AM PLANNING TO TAKE THIS CONSUMER COURT NOW.

ALSO UPLOADING THIS MATTER TO ACROSS THE E-COMMERCE SITES AND REVIEW WEBSITES, SO PEOPLE CAN SAVE THEIR MONEY.
