HINDWARE APPLIANCES - faulty stove four burner HOB

i have purchased four burner stove complaint on **.**.**** from Global enterprises,Gachibowli X Road,Hyderabad ** . after usage of stove for three months for our small family consisting three people cooking of food morning and evening. one burner started coming very low flame , we thought some dust might strucked in the stove and the same was carried by maid servant. but there was no improvement of flame. after completion another three months another burner started started coming low flame again we have cleaned the dust. there was no improvement of flame. when the matter was brought to the notice to the dealer in the month of November ****. he told that the service of stove will be done and took my residential address and photo of the invoice bill. inspite of repeated personal visits to the place of the dealer from last twenty days there was no response from dealer. finally i have threatened the dealer that i will file a case for faulty stove, then he had given a service provider number Mr. Shekar mobile no.**********. when i called this person he had asked me send the location of my residence . i have provided my location address to service provider he had not turned up till evening and i have tried to contact him several times on his mobile he had not picked up my calls. even the dealer had tried through concall but he not picked up the call.
