Sub:- Damage of inner container of Water heater, Auto cut switch and ON/OFF Indication Lamp

Sir,

I had purchase a * Ltr. Water heater of Hindware make on **.**.**** from Great Eastern Trading Co., Nagerbazar Branch, Kolkata-******. The water heater is under warranty. The details of Water heater is as under:-
“HINDWARE HS**PDW** WHITE *LTR WATER HEATER SET, Sl. No. *********”
Problems: - Water coming out continuously from the inner container of the Water heater due to damage of inner container and damages the cut Switch and ON/OFF Indication Lamp.
Facts: - The representatives of Hindware visited two times. One on **.**.**** (Service Request No. WHR*******) and another before two months (approx.) ago (mostly in between **.**.**** to **.**.****) but they could not rectify the issue. The representative (Mob: **********) checked primarily and tighten the fittings both times but the problem still same and he assured me that the inner container of Water heater to be changed in the next seven days but no one attends for rectify the issue of water heater unfortunately till now. The representative pressured me to give the happy code both times otherwise they would leave the machine or Gyser in open and defective condition.
Again I lodged a complaint (Service Request No. WHR*******) on **.**.**** and assigned a service engineer (Sri Bijoy Biswas) on **.**.****but unfortunately no one attended the said problem till now. It was my third complaint for the same issue.
First Service Request No. did not record and not remembered.
Second Service Request No. is "WHR*******". and I am unsatisfied with this service.
Third and last Service Request No. is "WHR*******". and no one attended with spares parts till now.
Please reach a fruitful logical decision and send a responsible representative from your end as the product is under warranty and change the damage of inner container of Water heater, Auto cut Switch and ON/OFF Indication Lamp and rectify the issue as soon as possible please.
Being a responsible organisation of yours, please ask your representative to come prepared with the Inner Container of water Heater, Auto cut Switch and ON/OFF Indication Lamp, not to check for tightness every time and not to bypass the issue please.
I am waiting for your service as I paid the product warranty at the time of purchase of the product.
