i rented cross trainer from rentickle.com, where i made advance of * month rent of the item.
*. * month rent start date was **th Jan
*. as per the terms sent by rentickle, before *th April i needed to inform for pickup. which I did before time on *th april via email response.
*. in spite of informing them on time via email, they on one side wrote to me ignoring my mail and renewed contract for no reason.
*. i kept on informing them for pick up and refund my security of rs.****
*. since two week they are calling me to pick up the item, I asked them to refund my security and pick the item.
*. now rentickle have raised invoice where they have adjusted my security money plus additional rents for (april to august ) added the rental amount till date.
*. this is utterly nonsensical. even informing on time, i do understand that the covid lockdown factor, but how can they push the bills on the user once the initial contract is over. they need to pick up. even post unlock they responded very late.
*. My contention is to resolve it amicability. By refunding my security money and cancelling the invoice.
