I have ordered cooler from Rentickle for the first time. I made the payment for it on the *th of April and submitted all relevant documents by *th of April. After a few days, I did not receive any response from the company and I had to email and ask what the status was for the product. A few days later, *-* delivery executives kept calling me from morning till afternoon asking when to deliver, where to deliver etc etc. I said them all come after *.** as I will be reaching home from office at that time and then they did not call me or come, they even started disconnecting my calls even without picking up. I waited patiently for * days thinking someone would call me but no one did. I went and checked the status for the product on the website and it says delivered and I never received the product till date nor I received any communication from their end. I sent close to ** emails till now back to back every day but I still have not received any response till date. * thing which I did not understand is how can the status be delivered when I did not sign on the rental agreement and funny part of it all is within ** seconds it was delivered to me as per their database (see the screenshot attached). I tried using the chat option to communicate with them as well and I had to explain the whole thing again and again and I did explain it but every day they tell me you will know by tomorrow or you will receive a response by tomorrow. How unprofessional can it get? Today when I had chat, they said the complaint was lodged yesterday which was **rd of April and I have already been emailing them since **th April for which I have not received any response what so ever.
