Rentickle.com - Washing Machine not delivered

I ordered a washing machine * weeks ago. They sent me an email about the delivery contact. But those aren't functioning. Even if I contact the rentickle customer support, the delivery team will only contact me. But it has been a week and no one has called me yet from their team.
