I have ordered *+*+* sofa set and * seater dining table for rent through Rentickle website for my house in Bangalore on **, July **** by making full payment (Order No. *********). They claimed in their website that within * to * days, furnitures will be delivered. But after payment, they have taken * days for document verification and approval. I received an email after doc verification that, within * to * days furnitures will be delivered. After * days, I started following up with them daily. Finally due to pressure from my side, they have delivered wrong furnitures (* seater sofa set and * seater dining table) in broken condition. Again, I started calling them daily, for replacement. ** days after making payment, I am still waiting for my furnitures....
They are not replying to my emails. If called, call centre guys gives a standard reply that, issue will be resolved soon...
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
