On * Aug ** at **.** am i ordered two curtains through shoppers stop. The transaction went through and money got deducted from my Paytm account however the order didnt get confirm. I was expecting that the amount will be refunded with *-* days however its been alrdy ** days and nobody is addressing the issue even having given numerous calls and mails to the customer care.
